These terms govern your organization's use of DeepLeaf Yield (the service). By signing in or using the service, your organization agrees to them.
Who we are
DeepLeaf Yield is provided by DeepLeaf LLC, 6th Floor, TASMU Accelerator Hub, Ooredoo Main Building, Doha, Qatar ("DeepLeaf", "we"). "You" means the organization that holds the DeepLeaf Yield account, and the people it lets use it.
Accounts and API keys
Your organization signs in with keys DeepLeaf issues. Keep them secret, give them only to people who work for you, and tell us at once if one may have leaked so we can revoke it. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
Acceptable use
Use DeepLeaf only for your own farm operations and within the law. Do not try to break into, overload, or reverse engineer the service, get around plan limits, upload content you have no right to upload, or resell access without our written agreement.
Your data
The data you put into DeepLeaf (walk videos and images, counts, harvests, climate and other records) belongs to you. DeepLeaf processes it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Service availability
We work to keep DeepLeaf running and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime beyond [Service level]. We may pause the service for maintenance and will give notice when we can.
Fees and payment
- Fees depend on your plan, shown on the pricing page or in your order.
- You can pay by card or by bank transfer.
- Invoices are due within 30 days.
- If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, scoring of new walks pauses until it is paid. Reading and exporting your data are never limited.
Plan limits
Each plan includes a set number of walks. Walks beyond the limit wait until the next period or an upgrade; your existing data stays available.
Forecasts
Yield forecasts and counts are estimates built from your walks and records. They are not guarantees, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with them.
Termination and your data
Either party can end the agreement with notice. We may also suspend access straight away if you seriously breach these terms. On request, we provide a zip export of your data, with walk media if you ask for it. We delete your data [Days] days after the end of the agreement, which is your window to request the export.
Warranty disclaimer
Apart from what these terms say, DeepLeaf is provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, each party's total liability under these terms is limited to [Liability cap], and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost crops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law]. Disputes go to the courts of [Venue].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you before material changes take effect; if you keep using DeepLeaf after that, the new terms apply.
